Contact us before you submit any returns/refunds to Printful.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at Printful's expense.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will only be granted for misprints, incorrect sizings (based on your order), and other errors on Printful's part.

Claims for refunds on any other basis, including but not limited to buyer's remorse and size changes will be rejected. 

Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
